It was a well appointed hotel with attentive staff. My apartment was romantic and beautifully decorated.

The Boutique Hotel Huys Van Leyden is a romantic and pleasant place to stay with extremely pleasant and immaculately clean bathrooms. The staff is very attentive and the service is good. The hotel is located in a super area, close to canals, and offers a great selection of food.

I got an amazingly comfortable and very pretty room with an excellent view over canal.

I really enjoyed 1 night there. Everything was great - stunning rooms and FANTASTIC breakfasts. Lovely and informative staff who were always there to help. The hotel was in a brilliant location, by a canal. What's more, it was not far from the center of a lovely town and the Netherlands.

The staff here were really helpful and knew a lot, I had no complaints; the restaurant was awesome and the breakfast was delicious, especially the warm dishes; the decor was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

It was an awesome stay for our first European vacation. The location was charming, for example, a long-established museum was just a short walk away from the hotel. The area was beautiful near to the centre of the city.

The location is central. The room is a nice size, immaculate and has river views. The staff are competent and attentive, no complaints whatsoever. If need be, I would love to come back cos it exceeded high expectations.

As a guest at Huys Van Leyden, I was impressed by the personalized attention from the staff. When I asked if there was milk for the coffee maker in my room, Lea assured me she would provide it. True to her word, I returned to find a little jug of milk in the fridge! The bed, shower, and room were all clean and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for my university visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.

The restaurant here was simple, but the breakfast was good. We both had delicious meals. The staff were really friendly, and the location was peaceful. Plus, it was in a relaxing area. 🌿

This place is in a great central location, and it's a quick walk to both The Hague and Amsterdam, as well as the city center of Leiden.

We stayed in a charming attic room with beautiful furniture and a comfortable bed. The fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, was a nice touch. The location of the property was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to walk around or enjoy a drink along the canal. The staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating, even waiting for us when we checked in late at night.

The front door of the hotel was next to my room, causing some noise at odd hours and allowing light from the corridor to enter the room. This did disturb my sleep a bit.
